Larger, bespoke projects start around $15,000 and are scoped on a call. Your exact quote is confirmed after a short discovery call, and anything extra is always quoted in advance.

A live website isn't a finish-and-forget brochure — it's working infrastructure that needs hosting, security patching, backups, and a watchful eye to stay online and safe. Your first 3 months are included with every build; after that, care continues month-to-month at the level you chose, covering all of the above plus an allowance of small changes. Your rate is locked in at signup, and you can change or cancel anytime.

Three ways, chosen at checkout: pay in full (with a 2% courtesy discount), split into three equal monthly payments charged automatically (no fees or interest), or reserve your build slot with a 40% deposit and pay the balance when your site launches. All payments run through Stripe's secure checkout.

Builds come with a 48-hour refund window. Care-plan subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can stop them at any time — there's no long-term contract.

Each build includes a set number of revision rounds, scaled to the tier you choose — larger builds include more. We confirm the exact number in your proposal, and you'll always approve the design direction before I build it.

Managed hosting & SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security patching, and a set allowance of small updates each month. Higher tiers add CMS health & updates, faster turnaround, content and image updates, and a larger update allowance. Plans are $99 (Essential), $149 (Growth), and $349 (Pro) per month.

Yes, you can cancel anytime — no long-term contract. And your rate is locked in for as long as you keep your plan active, so a future price increase never affects you.

Because hosting is part of the plan, a lapsed site enters a frozen state for one month. After that, it's removed from my servers. At any point I can send you a full zip of your site and its database for a nominal fee, so you always have everything you need to host it elsewhere.

Yes — the design and content are yours. Because hosting and upkeep are bundled into the care plan, the live, running site lives on my managed hosting; if you ever move on, I provide a complete export of your site and database for a nominal fee. Nothing is held hostage.

Yes, with the Signature + CMS tier (or the Self-Update CMS add-on) you get a private admin panel to add, edit, and reorder content and images yourself — no developer needed. On other tiers, small updates are handled for you through your care plan.

Every build includes sensible on-page SEO setup so search engines can find and understand your site, and Extended SEO Setup is available as an add-on for a bigger push. No honest designer can promise a #1 ranking, but you'll have the right foundation.

I will assist you in purchasing a domain name or help transfer or connect one you already own. After the initial purchase or transfer to Namecheap, I will be happy to manage it for you, and I can guide you step-by-step through that process.
